THE ETHEREAL at NYFW 2025
at 30 Wall Street NYC
In February 2025, The Ethereal returned to New York Fashion Week with a groundbreaking show that transformed a historic building into a neon-futuristic, cyberpunk-inspired experience.
Staying true to its bold vision, The Ethereal exclusively featured high-end street style and experimental designers from across the U.S., each pushing the limits of contemporary fashion with unconventional textures, structural designs, and forward-thinking craftsmanship. The runway, designed in an X-shape, heightened the immersive experience, allowing guests to engage from multiple angles.
Beyond the fashion itself, the show embraced performance and interaction, incorporating live singers, dancers, and skateboarders into the runway show. Pop-up activations offered guests an opportunity to experience fashion beyond the runway, while a luxury helicopter ride giveaway elevated the event’s exclusivity.
As one of the most attended shows of NYFW 2025, The Ethereal solidified its reputation as a leader in experiential fashion.

About
Versatile Historic Venue
The site of 30 Wall Street was originally the Verplanck mansion before being sold to the Bank of the United States in 1822. It later housed the Bank of the State of New York and became a U.S. Assay Office. The original building was demolished in 1912, with its facade repurposed for the Metropolitan Museum of Art. A new three-story limestone structure was built in 1915 and survived a 1920 Wall Street bombing. Seamen’s Bank added a 12-story tower in 1953, and after a 1986 sale, the first two floors are now used for corporate and private events.
